The song verse "Angels We Have Heard On High" is featured in this exquisite Christmas sampler. Offered as a complete kit, it's stitched on 32 ct. hand-dyed Park City Blend Linen in the most luscious shades of rose, mulberry, taupes, and slate silks from Thread Gatherer, as well as Gloriana and Soie D' Alger. The embellishments include beautiful miniature clay leaves, sheep, stars, and hearts, along with glass and pearl beads. Lots of of fun stitches, all diagrammed nicely, the sampler is stuffed full of charming motifs. There are hillsides of the country, the elegant city buildings of olde... lots of floral bands, and an awesome band of Ukrainian Embroidery worked with the hand-dyed Shepherd's Moon Silk 'n Colors included.
